Instructions:
To make the pompoms:
1. Make two 8" bows using both ribbons.
2. Fluff the loops, then cut each horizontally at the end of the loop.
3. Holding the two loop pieces together, make 1/4" vertical cuts toward the center of the bow. Fluff and separate to create a pompom.
To make the megaphone:
1. Wrap the construction paper around the plastic foam cone and cool glue to secure. Trim any paper that goes beyond the cone shape.
2. Cool glue silver pipe cleaners to the top and bottom edges of the cone.
3. Braid three silver pipe cleaners, then create a handle shape and cool glue to the cone.
4. Using a computer and printer or marker, create the "Go Team!" lettering and glue to the cone.
